GLP-1 medications assist with weight loss, they work by altering gut hormones and/or brain chemicals to take away brain and gut ‘noise’. They are tools to help you make better decisions in regards to food choice and behaviour as you address weight related health struggles. However, support and guidance is needed with nutrition, mind-set, exercise and side effect management for true long-term results. They are a crucial part of the process.
This is a weight loss programme that is personally designed with you in mind, providing a wrap around support network – grounded in science, delivered with care, and centred on your health and wellbeing.

All programmes initially start for three months (easily extended) and provide a comprehensive, wrap-around approach to health optimisation and weight management.
Each programme includes clinical assessments, medical consultation and prescribing, pathology testing, and personalised nutrition and mind-set support, with programme depth increasing according to your individual needs.
Higher-level programmes may include extended functional medical consultations, advanced body composition analysis using DEXA scanning to accurately measure fat, muscle, water, protein and mineral status, comprehensive blood testing to identify and correct deficiencies, IV nutritional infusions to optimise nutrient status, and HOCATT™ sauna sessions to support detoxification and metabolic health. Together, the programmes are designed to meet you at your current health stage and deliver personalised, evidence-based care for sustainable results.

Wegovy ® can only be prescribed to individuals whose:
BMI is ≥ 27kg/M² with at least one weight-related comorbidity (such as hypertension, dyslipidaemia, obstructive sleep apnoea or pre-diabetes).
BMI is ≥ 30kg/M² there is no requirement for a weight-related comorbidity.

- Nurse Support Sessions to monitor progress–(managing side effects, trouble shooting, managing challenges and celebrating successes- a team to talk to, to support you, whatever you are facing).
